APPLICATIONS
This section displays a list of the service applications. It displays the following concerning the applications:
- Service ID
- Service Type
- Telco
- Price
- Owner
- Last updated
- KYC letter
- Status
- Action such as upload request letter and delete
You can also click on each individual item on the list to view the documents already uploaded.
How to apply for a SenderID or ShortCode

Click on the New Application button.

Enter the Service Type.
- Enter the Telco.

Enter the purpose of the SenderID or the ShortCode.

Click on upload your documents section

Select the document you want to upload i.e. Certificate of incorporation, Business registration certificate , and Trademark certificate.

Select the files you want to upload and click on next

Select the download request letter section
-
Click on the Download button to download the request letter.

Click on the Pay section.

Click on Submit & Pay button

Choose the payment method.

For Mobile, enter your phone number and network then click on the Pay button

For Wallet, enter your phone number and wallet pin then click on the Pay button

For Card, enter your card number, expiry and then click on the Pay button
