All transactions

This section displays all your top up and purchases details.It displays the following concerning the transactions:

  • SenderID or ShortCode.
  • Package.
  • Amount.
  • SMS rate.
  • SMS units.
  • Owner.
  • Type.
  • Status.
  • Date it was updated.

You can also initiate a top up here click on top up button step 1

How to topup

  1. Select SenderID or ShortCode to top up on page displayed after clicking the top up button. step 1

  2. Enter the number of SMSes or KSh. step 1

  3. Click Calculate button. step 1

  4. Click Buy button after confirmation of the package. step 1

  5. Choose the payment method.

  6. For Mobile, choose your provider, enter the phone number then click on the Pay button step 1

  7. For Card, enter your card number, expiration date , CVV and then click on the Pay button step 1

  8. You will receive a confirmation message denoting successful payment and an SMS balance topup.
